Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
  • Gingerbread cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Add the ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
  5. Layer the crushed gingerbread cookies at the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cookies.
  7. Top with additional crushed gingerbread cookies.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
