Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into mini graham cracker crusts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh fruit or chocolate before serving.
