Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
