- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1/2 cup pink candy melts
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add whipped topping and mix until well combined.
- Melt pink candy melts with milk and vanilla extract, then stir into the cream cheese mixture.
- If desired, add pink food coloring for a deeper color.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
