Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 boxes (3 oz each) strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  5. Prepare strawberry jello according to package directions using boiling and cold water.
  6. Let jello cool slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Add sliced strawberries on top of the jello.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
