A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring layers of strawberry jello, cream cheese, and graham crackers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 boxes (3 oz each) strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Prepare strawberry jello according to package directions using boiling and cold water.
- Let jello cool slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Add sliced strawberries on top of the jello.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- Allow the jello to cool before pouring over the cream cheese layer.
