Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Layer the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
