- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Layer the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
