Ingredients

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots.
- Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
