Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots.
  4. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Toss to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
