- 2 cups wild rice
- 1 cup cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the duck with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Roast the duck for 1.5 hours or until the skin is crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan and add wild rice.
- Add vegetable broth and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in cranberries and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once the duck is done, let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Serve the duck alongside wild rice and cranberries.
