This old fashion coconut pie features a creamy coconut filling and a flaky crust.

- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-baked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well.
- Fold in shredded coconut.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
