Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
