Description

This is a classic recipe for old fashioned peanut butter fudge with marshmallow.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and milk. Cook over medium heat until it reaches a boil.
  2. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and butter.
  4. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  6. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
