Quick and easy one pan meal with shrimp and vegetables in a garlic parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust vegetables based on preference.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
- For extra flavor, add lemon juice before serving.
