Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over it.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
