Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in rice and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring well.
