A simple and flavorful one pot beef taco pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another minute.
- Add the pasta, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and corn. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- You can use any pasta shape.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
