Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and vegetable broth.
- Stir in the pasta and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is cooked, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in fresh basil before serving.
