A simple and hearty one pot ground beef stroganoff recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add beef broth and egg noodles, bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
