Description
A simple and hearty one pot ground beef stroganoff recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add beef broth and egg noodles, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add peas for extra vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
