A flavorful one pot spicy cajun honey butter chicken pasta that combines tender chicken and pasta in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken with cajun seasoning.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, and honey.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Cook for about 12 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cajun seasoning.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
