Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, orange juice, and vegetable oil.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in cranberries and orange zest.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.
