A simple and flavorful orange ground chicken dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add orange juice, soy sauce, and honey.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
