Delicious Oreo brownie cookies that combine the rich flavor of brownies with the classic taste of Oreos.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until mixed.
- Chop half of the Oreo cookies and fold them into the brownie mixture.
- Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Top with the remaining whole Oreo cookies.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
