  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla, mix until combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
