  • 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
  7. Blend in sour cream and heavy cream until fully combined.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
