Ingredients

- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add asparagus and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked orzo, sautéed asparagus, and feta cheese.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or spinach.
