- 8 slices of bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the bread into cubes and layer it in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- Sprinkle cheese, ham, and bell peppers on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown.
