Delicious overnight cinnamon rolls that are soft and fluffy.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread melted butter on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over the butter.
- Add raisins if desired, then roll the dough tightly.
- Slice into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the milk is warm, not hot.
- Adjust the sugar according to your taste.
- For icing, mix powdered sugar with milk to desired consistency.
