Delicious overnight cinnamon rolls that are easy to prepare and perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm milk and butter, then add to dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and mix until dough forms.
- Knead for about 5 minutes and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and cover.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Make sure to let the dough rise properly.
- You can add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
- Store leftover rolls in an airtight container.
