  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place cubed brioche bread in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, granulated sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Remove the plastic wrap and drizzle melted butter over the top.
  8. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top.
