Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Layer the sliced brioche bread in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the bread, making sure all slices are soaked.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) the next morning.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
