Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet.

  6. Flip the fillets and add minced garlic to the skillet.
  7. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
