Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water.
- Pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the fillets to the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and serve with lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a crispier texture, use cornmeal instead of flour.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
