Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coat chicken with cornstarch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Pour the sauce over the fried chicken in the pan.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil and stir well.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onion.
