Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
