Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked pasta
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup of bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with feta cheese.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
