Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and mushrooms.
  3. Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
