Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spread the meringue on a lined baking sheet into a circle.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Top the meringue with whipped cream and fresh fruits before serving.
