Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch.
  6. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round shape with a slight dip in the center.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  8. Once cooled, whip the heavy cream and spread it over the meringue.
  9. Top with mixed fresh fruits.
