- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
- Mix in vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round shape with a slight dip in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream and spread it over the meringue.
- Top with mixed fresh fruits.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve immediately after assembling.
