Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
  5. Spoon meringue onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a wreath.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  7. Once cool, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  8. Spread whipped cream over the meringue and top with fresh fruits.
