- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
- Spoon meringue onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a wreath.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Once cool, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the meringue and top with fresh fruits.

- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
