Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Top with diced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.

- Use fresh or canned peaches.
- Chill in the fridge for better texture.
