Description
A delightful dessert combining peach cobbler and cheesecake in a cone.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups canned peaches, drained and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 ice cream cones
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- In another bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture and peach mixture into the cones.
- Top with additional whipped cream if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh peaches if available.
- These cones can be made a few hours in advance.
- Store leftover cones in the refrigerator.
