Description

A delightful dessert combining peach cobbler and cheesecake in a cone.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups canned peaches, drained and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 ice cream cones

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. In another bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  8. Layer the cheesecake mixture and peach mixture into the cones.
  9. Top with additional whipped cream if desired.
  10. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches if available.
  • These cones can be made a few hours in advance.
  • Store leftover cones in the refrigerator.
