  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Arrange sliced peaches on top.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the peaches.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
