Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups sliced peaches, fresh or canned
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Arrange sliced peaches on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the peaches.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool and refrigerate before serving.
