- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 ripe peach, diced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, diced peach, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- If using, fold in Greek yogurt.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or heat it if desired.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use any type of milk you prefer.
