Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until combined.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
