- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar.
- Add corn syrup, softened butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be rolled in additional powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
