Pecan pie bars are a delicious dessert with a buttery crust and a sweet pecan filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and salt.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk corn syrup, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.

- Store bars in an airtight container.
