Description

- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler.
- Spread the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
- Spread the melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet layer.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top before the white chocolate sets.
- Chill again until fully hardened.
- Break into pieces and serve.

- Store in an airtight container.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add peppermint extract to the chocolate.
