Instructions

  4. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  5. Spread the melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet layer.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top before the white chocolate sets.
  7. Chill again until fully hardened.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.
