Delicious red velvet cake pops coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake in a greased pan for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Add cream cheese frosting and mix until combined.
- Form into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Dip the end of each stick into melted chocolate and insert into the cake balls.
- Coat each ball in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
- Let them set on parchment paper until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for a richer color.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
