Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Bake the cake in a greased pan for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  5. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  6. Add cream cheese frosting and mix until combined.
  7. Form into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Dip the end of each stick into melted chocolate and insert into the cake balls.
  10. Coat each ball in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
  11. Let them set on parchment paper until the chocolate hardens.
