Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
