Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for about 15-20 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
