Delicious egg rolls filled with Philly cheese steak ingredients.

- 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak, onions, and bell peppers; cook until steak is browned.
- Stir in cream cheese and half of the provolone cheese until melted.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and top with remaining provolone cheese.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
