Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak, onions, and bell peppers; cook until steak is browned.
  3. Stir in cream cheese and half of the provolone cheese until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  6. Fold and seal the wrappers.
  7. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels and top with remaining provolone cheese.
